The location is peaceful with easy access to North Manchester. Rooms are warm, clean, and well-equipped. Staff are polite and discreet. The breakfast is freshly cooked, well presented, and delicious. The view is beautiful.

I recently had a great overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options including a tasty vegetarian choice. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, situated near a motorway and close to the East Lancashire Railways 1940s weekend. The peacefulness of the area added to the overall pleasant experience.
Everything was absolutely fine, no issues whatsoever.

I stayed at a hotel located conveniently on the motorway, making it easy to explore the greater Manchester area. The receptionist was friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The hot breakfast served in the restaurant at 7 was a great start to my day. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Although the hotel had some dated furnishings, the affordable price and attentive staff made up for it.
The hotel could benefit from some modernization and refurbishment.
